Yes, every item can go in the basket with the gloves. Some items lower the glove price more than others – it says so on the item («Lowers the glove price» or «Lowers the glove price a lot»). The basket tells you how much more of which items it takes for the next price drop.

The basket recalculates the glove price immediately, before you order. The price shown in the basket is the same as on the order confirmation.

No. No sign-up, no login and no agreement – the glove price follows each basket. A 12- or 24-month price-match agreement requires a separate written agreement. If a price-match agreement ends, you pay the normal price on the site from the termination – nothing is re-invoiced.

Yes. It is the same glove with the same datasheet – only the price changes. All our gloves meet every quality requirement, EN 455 and EN ISO 374, are approved for food contact and have AQL 1.5. Certificates and test reports are available on request – write to info@themsenhealth.dk.

A box is 100 gloves (50 for diamond grip). A case is 10 boxes. We sell whole cases.

Yes – you get an invoice with the order confirmation by e-mail, and the goods are shipped once payment is received. EAN/e-invoice by agreement: put your EAN number in the comment field and we send an e-invoice.

Delivery is free on orders from DKK 1,500 excl. VAT. Below that, delivery costs DKK 185 per delivery. The basket shows how much is missing for free delivery.

Gloves: from 1 case (10 boxes). There is no minimum order – below DKK 1,500 excl. VAT delivery costs DKK 185, from DKK 1,500 it is free.

Stock items are normally delivered within 2–3 working days in Denmark and 3–5 working days in Sweden after payment is received. Made-to-order items (marked as such on the item) follow the supplier's delivery time, which is stated in the order confirmation. We deliver to your business address.

Glove prices are valid for 30 days based on current market conditions. Other prices on the price list apply while stocks last. The glove price shown in the basket is the one on your order confirmation.

Payment in advance. When you order, you receive an order confirmation and an invoice by e-mail – the payment details are on the invoice. The goods are shipped once payment is received. Credit only by written agreement.

All prices are excluding VAT. 25% VAT is added on the invoice. Swedish companies with a VAT number: the invoice is without Danish VAT (0%), and you account for the Swedish VAT yourselves (reverse charge for VAT).

Check the goods on arrival. If anything is wrong or damaged, write to info@themsenhealth.dk immediately and no later than 2 working days after delivery. For gloves you must be able to show how they were stored: dry, frost-free, at 10–39 °C, with the cartons lying on their side.

Only by prior written agreement with us, and only if the item is unused and in unopened packaging. Made-to-order items cannot be returned. You pay the return shipping unless the item is wrong or defective. Write to info@themsenhealth.dk before sending anything.

Yes. Items with a pallet price are on the “Pallets and trucks” page. Choose items and number of pallets and send the request – you get a written pallet quote with price and delivery before you order. For paper products the price is also shown per metre or per sheet when the item data says how much a case contains. The price calculator finds the cheapest item per metre or sheet from your monthly use. We sell whole cases, so the quantity is rounded up.

Yes. All our gloves are approved for food contact. Documentation of the food-contact approval and the declaration of conformity can be sent by e-mail – write to info@themsenhealth.dk.

Send 2–3 invoices from your current supplier under “Send invoice”. We compare with our prices and reply within one working day – no obligation. You can also type three items and your current price into the comparison yourself. For regular, larger purchases there are 12- or 24-month price-match agreements (separate written agreement).

No, you don't need an account – every price is on the page without login, and there is no customer account or order history. Your basket is saved in your browser, so it is there when you come back on the same computer (“Continue where you left off” on the front page). To reorder the same items, paste your shopping list with one item per line and we put the items in the basket.
